Newlands College in Wellington has recently formed a partnership under the Shared Histories project with Collège Louis Nucera in Nice. We are looking forward to working together to share stories from our communities and their involvement in World War I, and our students are currently in the process of introducing themselves to one another online.

Depuis novembre dernier, nos élèves ont décidé de préparer des exposés sur des thèmes qui nous permettent de comparer l'engagement des Français et des Néo-Zélandais dans la guerre.
Ces travaux prennent la forme de journaux d'époque ou de vidéos. Ils se font "in English of course". Nous les envoyons régulièrement à Long Bay College. Les vidéos ont eu beaucoup de succès : les élèves d'Auckland ont apprécié d'écouter l'accent "frenchie" de nos élèves !

Students from Baradene College of the Sacred Heart in Auckland, NZ and Lycée Professionnel Jean Macé, Chauny, France have worked together on a joint ambitious project to mark the anniversary of the First World War.
