Our website
We have made a huge amount of progress on our website now, just proof reading to go! It has been great having the students able to really explore the areas that interest them and to see the links between NZ and France.
We have been busy planning our trip to France in Sept 2015 and can't wait to meet everyone at Lycee Corneille! We are spending a couple of weeks with them in Paris before heading north where we will be based in Arras so we can visit La Carriere Wellington and other significant...
Recent activities at Otago Girls'
To start off the project we had Helen from the Dunedin Toitu Museum come and talk to us about WW1. We then made a brainstorm to plan out what we wanted to learn about the war topic. We also visited the Toitu Museum and looked at the roll of honour and other historical artefacts from the war.
