On 21 April, 15 students from Newlands College head to France for 3 weeks, spending time exploring the sights of Paris before heading to Nice, where students will attend language classes and enjoy the hospitality of local homestays. We are fortunate as a group to have been invited to participate in ANZAC commemorations in Le Quesnoy on Sunday 27 April, the town liberated by kiwi soldiers towards the end of World War I, and we also have the opportunity to explore the Arras tunnels following the commemorations. We are honoured to be taking part this year and look forward to posting photos and reflections of the day.
Bon voyage à vous tous! Vivement vos photos, vos impressions et vos réflexions.
