The group had a great four days in Paris to explore, adjust to the culture and get to know each other.
Our group of 17 Wellington College and 2 Wellington girls College students are very excited for this excellent learning opportunity, going to France for a month. We’re writing from Auckland International Airport after our 1 hour flight from Wellington leaving late by about 25 minutes. A small group of us had a quick bite of sushi during the 2 hour wait until boarding our Cathay Pacific flight to Hong Kong.
After giving up on finding the gate to Hong Kong, our trip to France ‘ended’, we spent...
I was a crazy francophile back in 2014 and I’m proud to say that nothing has changed, nearly three years later.
Monsieur Jean Louis Valentin, the principal of the high school named Lycée Professionnel Jean Macé, in Chauny, France. He wears the greenstone taonga that was presented to him as a gift from Ms Sandy Pasley, the principal of Baradene College of the Sacred Heart, in Auckland, New Zealand. The hospitality that Baradene College students received in Chauny was greatly appreciated.
